Oak View is an Ojai Valley Community of homes and businesses located on either side of highway 33 between Casitas Springs and Mira Monte.

Oak View, an unincorporated Ventura County Community is primarily made up of approximately 1500 residential homes and has about 5000 inhabitants.

Mira Monte (the Spanish word for Mountain View) is bordered on one side by the Ventura River Basen and the other by rolling hills which are dotted with homes. The neighborhoods have a country feeling and many homes enjoy views of the surrounding mountains, wilderness terrain and Lake Casitas.
